About: The Whittington Hospital

I went to visit a friend last week and was completely baffled by the layout of the hospital.

I had to go back to the main reception and start again!

Better signposting would help; something to point the way to a ward, rather than telling you once you've actually got there.

Apart from that, everything was fine; no complaints from my friend or from me.

Thank you for raising this important issue. We know that some patients can find it hard to navigate around our hospital site and we are actually looking at introducing some new virtual maps to help people unfamiliar with our layout get around more easily.
