"Fortunate to have been there"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 7)

(as the patient),

I developed lung clot and heart racing.

I had the best of care and attention from consultant, doctors and nurses.

All were so kind and nothing was any trouble. As well as the care I had lots of laughter, one lovely nurse called Catherine on ward 7 was very professional and at the same time made us happy no matter how unwell we felt. So I consider myself very fortunate to have been there.

Dear EM Happy

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care you received whilst an inpatient here at Wishaw General Hospital. I indeed hope that you are recovering well and your health continues to improve.

Your positive comments are very welcome and I will ensure they are fed back to the staff, who work so hard in ensuring the care we deliver to patients is of a high standard. I have no doubt they, and in particular Catherine, will be delighted for the feedback

Thank you once again and best wishes

Regards

Faith
