What I liked
waiting area had plenty of seats
reception staff and nurses friendly
What could be improved
Had to wait 40 minutes from appointment time to be seen.when i was seen the consultant was not there (on leave) and had to speak to nurse instead as a result i could not discuss any issues i had and was told to ring secretary to make new appointment to see doctor which i feel is not right. if doctors are on holiday patients should be told that they will only see the nurse and let them choose to attend or not as otherwise this is a waste of patients and nurses time.
