"Elm ward breast clininc"

I have just been seen in the breast clinic today after an urgent referral by my GP. I have to say that all the doctors, nurses & staff were very friendly & reassuring.

I had a mammogram & scan & was given the results straight away.

Luckily for me everything was OK.

I found the clinic clean & tidy with lovely pictures on the wall which made it quite restful.

The only downside was a child of about 10 years old who had been left in the waiting area on her own.

She was a nuisance as she sang & shouted at the top of her voice while running up & down.

She continually played with the water machine turning it in on & off.

From referral to clinic was 10 days a great service delivered professionally.

When you really need the NHS it is first class.

I would not have received any better treatment even if I had paid privately.
