"Awful unprofessional service"

Would not recommend to anyone.

Went to the hospital to visit the "one stop shop" which offers consultation and scans on the same day after finding a worrying lump.

Was told the lump needed a scan then was told there was no trained radiographers in the whole hospital who could carry this out.

Left in tears after being treated rudely and spoken to about this private matter in a public waiting room to then find myself another radiographer at a different hospital.

Was eventually called back in hours later after someone turned up who was about to scan but received mediocre care then and no apology for the stressful day.
