"kingston hospital"

The ambulance crew were lovely, a and e was kept waiting for too long but my daughter did finally get them to give pain relief, very chaotic im afraid alot of name and cubicle mix ups and i was askec to move off a bed for someone else even though i had suspected appendix and was crying in pain. Dr was great, surgical team a bit aloof. Astor ward lovely especially one particular nurse they could not do enough for me lovely person. Staff friendly but again a bit chaotic no one new anthing i wasnt spoken to with regards to what was actually happening and theyforgot to give me lunch and dinner lol so for two days i had nothing hot. But the staff are friendly they just need organising. Ct scan staff were good but reception was not professional it was like a school playground that was about 3.45 12/5/16. Groups of people flirting laughing and messing about i felt i would annoy them if i asked a question about my scan. Good hospital, good staff but need matron like organising, cleaner and t staff on astor were very polite.
