It was a small clean looking hospital
What could be improved
The Choose & Book system at this hospital is non existant. I tried on several attempts to get an appt here after being refered by my GP, but heard nothing back. Telephoned the Choose & Book Service, who were very helpful and explained why i wanted to go to this hospital and what had happened, they said that they would get the Hospital Administrator to contact me back within 10days, Nothing happened or heard from. In the end i gave up trying as it was obvious that St Albans City did not want to make any sort of contact with patients. Unfortunately i ended up at Luton & Dunstable in Bedfordshire and not Hertfordshire as i wanted under the Choose & Book system.
Oh well never mind!!

Is there anyone working at St Albans City Hospital, as they dont respond by letter or telephone?
