"Praise were praise is due"

I feel not enough people let you know when you have done things correct . Only bad things. My mother who lives in StAlbans had a fall she is 79 and was taken to Watford A&E on the 26/4/16 @ 6pm. Both ambulance technicians were excellent in all ways. I met them at A&E the receptionist was very helpful and went and found were my mother was and helped me in a happy and Curtiss manor. We were assessed and seen by a doctor very quickly unfortunately I didn't get their name. They had an excellent bedside manor as my mother was in pain, she had X-rays in a very quick time and treatment plan worked out. As a precaution my mother was kept in overnight. Next day the occupational therapy was excellent they rang me on my mobile several times to keep me informed and my brother. My mother has nothing but good words to say about them and her care.also the nurses who looked after her that night were very good.

My mother wanted me to write to you as she felt the treatment and the people she dealt with on all levels was very good. I know and understand how over stretched the nhs is and no fault of there own
