Posted on behalf of a patient on the personality disorder ward by the Advocacy service;

Id like to thank Stacey for her help in sorting out the patientsproperty here at Arnold Lodge whilst the stores person is off. This is not her job and she goes the extra mile to sort things out for us. Property is very importand to us all and her help has made a real difference.

Hi there

Thanks for your positive words, which I have passed onto the Security Liaison Manager. He is grateful for any feedback (good or bad) to help him and his staff make the property service within Arnold Lodge better able to meet our patients' needs.

The security team work hard to do their best for patients and recognise the importance of the good and timely management of your property. As you are aware. we have had difficulty maintaining the property service during the absence of the Stores Officer, but staff are trying hard to keep the impact of this to a minimum. Please do not hesitate to let staff know if you have any concerns though and they will do their best to help.

Stacey has been given your feedback personally and (after initially blushing) said how grateful she was for your kind comments.
