Dear all at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital,

Thank you for being awesome.

We have had a simply brilliant experience with both the pre- and post-natal care of our 3rd child delivered recently.

In particular I would like to applaud :

The surgeon, the anaesthetist and the midwife

There are dozens of others along the way who are equally deserving.

From the minute you walk in the door people put your mind at ease.

The organisation oozes competence and you get the sense that the people know exactly what they are doing, enjoy it, do it well and with pride.

In my experience babies can create chaos and high stress (in adults).

The staff at this hospital remove this burden through hard work (and presumably good leadership and excellent training).

They are wonderful and I would not hesitate in giving a 10/10 recommendation.

Smiley, friendly, capable, polite, charming, informative, engaging, reassuring, hardworking are all good words that spring to mind in describing your teams.

So well done and eternal thanks.
