"Compliment instead of negativity"

I have been a patient here now for around 6 years and can't find a single fault to complain about, all the staff I have dealt with have always been more than willing to help from doctors right down to the cleaner you see pottering about.

The doctors I have have seen treat you with compassion don't rush you and explain things in a way you understand keep up the good work doctors.

I have also seen two of the nursing team over time again exceptionally good, take the time to explain and don't rush you in and out, thanks for what you do.

Reception staff while they are under pressure and front of house taking flack of difficult patients, trying to do a 101 jobs have always been helpful.

I don't think people realise just how hard work it is and how busy they get, you can't blame them for being abit stressed sometimes.

I have also dealt with the practice manager on an occasion along with their deputy, it was nothing negative it was I problem I was trying to sort out and both bent over backwards to help me over a two day period keeping in touch with the progress, both do a fantastic job.

Sent from a happy and appreciative patient if the practice needs my details to verify this is a genuine compliment I'm happy to ring the manager and supply them.
