"10 wasted days"

About: Warrington Hospital

I was admitted to warrington hospital on 1st may (this was my second time as was previously admitted 15/18th April) i was discharged on 10th may during this time I was only examined on the day I was admitted. I was transferred to ward A6 on 1st may and was not seen by a doctor until 4th I was advised by nursing staff that I had not been changed over to the colorectal team on the system. I was then seen by a member of general surgery who prescribed pain meds but again no examination. After this a member of general surgery did call to see me every day but advised that they did not know what to do with me. The pain management team did visit me to discuss various pain relief options but no investigations or even basic examination to find the cause of the pain. Discharged with pain relief but no idea what's causing the pain. After my first stay my consultant (who I have not seen on both stays) has referred me to another hospital I advised that I cannot get an appointment until July. The only way I will ever go to warrington again is if I am unconscious what a waste of 10 days in pain and no investigation as to why just a brush off
