"Good nutrition & dietician services "

I am the carer of a patient aged 97 years old who I help with weight gain and maintaining a balanced diet. Since April 2009 the patient has been using the nutrition and dietician services from NHS Rotherham. The system for ordering and the delivery of the dietary supplement drinks is excellent. No idea who our present dietician is and since April we have been under the care of 5 different dieticians only 2 of whom we have met. From the conversations we have had over the telephone, I suspect liaison between the dieticians and the practice doctors is not always as up to date as it might be.
