I visited the Nuclear Cardiology Department at the John Radcliffe Hospital today for a heart stress test.
I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by each member of staff that was involved in my visit.
Everything was explained clearly and precisely.
I was amazed at how well the department was run and how organised they all were.
It was very comforting to be treated as an individual and a valid human being.
Thank you to everyone involved.
It was a little difficult to park but as this was my first visit and I was on my own did not feel confiident to use the park and ride service.
However, with patience and allowing plenty of time I was able to park.
Overall my visit was very positive which does help when you have health issues and don't need extra stresses to worry about.
"Excellent treatment and very well run department"
