"Excellent service by the nurse"

I came in for a routine examination to be met by a very experienced and friendly nurse who made me feel completely at ease and explained everything thoroughly. There appeared to be something that the nurse spotted whilst I was there which concerned me, but the nurse made me understand the issue thoroughly so I left feeling less concerned and not so worried!

Whilst I was there I took the opportunity to mention the concern I had about the increase in my sons weight! I explained the tests he'd already had and what I had been trying to do to reduce his weight. The nurse was very interested and took my concerns seriously and advised me who to contact. A short while after the appt I received a phone call from the nurse again saying that they had been looking into my concern a little more and had come across a site to sign up to that may help. I couldn't be more happier with the service I received from the nurse, and I felt like my concerns were being taken seriously for once.

I won't hesitate in coming back to the surgery to see the nurse or the GP's as since they have have re-jigged their Staff I now feel confident that I and my family are being well looked after!
