"Heartland Hospital is not able to produce Blood..."

About: Heartlands Hospital

I went into heartland hospital because of chest pain and heavy breathing. Reception staff book me on appx. 5 PM.

Staff nurse check ECG at 6 ish and inform Doctor. Doctor, Nurse and other staff members deal very professionally. Frustrating part Heartland Hospital is not able to produce Blood test in 8 hours. I was getting updates from Doctor and Nurse; blood test will come in half an hour and 20 minutes and then 10 minutes.

After waiting 8 hours at AEC I had enough and signed myself out this hospital around about 1 A.M.

I understand A&E will take time to look patients. If 3rd world countries can produce blood test with in no time, why stat of the art Heartland Hospital cannot do it in 8 hours.

My understanding regarding NHS run by bunch accountants not doctors.

A disgrace to the NHS and I can understand people's frustrations when they receive care like this!!

I wish, I will not go there again.

Kind regards
