"Prescription still not come through"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I have no issues with the staff at the hospital when I go for an appointment, however I was told at my appointment at the beginning of march that I would start a new treatment for psoriasis which I have not been given an alternative treatment for in the meantime, meaning my skin is the worst it has ever been, I was told the treatment would start as soon as the prescription went through and that I would be contacted soon. It is now 2 months later and I have heard nothing, I have tried to call the dermatology department to get a voice message saying the line is busy and the call is ended. Customer services are just rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to them which I was unhappy with. I am due to get married in July and the anxiety of spending my wedding day uncomfortable due to my skin being sore and itchy is affecting my wellbeing and I feel at this stage that I have been forgotten about, my next appointment is in a few weeks and is supposed to be a follow up to see how the treatment is working, which wont happen if the treatment has not been started by then! So yet again I will have to have an appointment where I take time off work to walk in and be told to go away again and wait because I cannot get hold of anyone to find out what is happening! I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and trying to get a sooner appointment to explain my concerns is just impossible!
