I have just spent two nights at the hospital having been admitted via A&E, they got my pain under control.
I was then moved to AMU and finally to Cornwallis Ward.
My initial treatment and pain control was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with compassion and respect in A&E.
On AMU the nurses caring for me were cheerful, caring and happy to deal with my questions.
Once on Cornwallis ward I can honestly say the care and consideration I received was second to none.
The staff were all brilliant, cheerful, compassionate day and night.
Nothing was too much bother, they responded to all requests as quickly as possible.
The on call doctors provided easy to understand prognosis.
I had to have a CT Scan and a small procedure under scan, although painful at the time the caring and knowledgeable staff allied my fears and helped to keep me calm and put me at ease.
I can't see any mention of you porters...they are fantastic, have great chat (which you 100% need), treat you with dignity and respect.
Thank you everyone I came in touch with at Maidstone Hospital.
"Excellent care"
