This is a follow up to the previous review (which has not been replied to).
After turning up to an initial appointment for treatment of probable plantar fasciitis to be informed that it was cancelled, and then being promised a call back to reschedule, (I wasn’t).
I decided to call to re-book myself.
I tried for five days to do this using the number that Gaumont Surgery gave me only to find the line busy and a message advising me to call back later.
Eventually I have managed to make an appointment using a different number that I had to find myself.
This appointment is for 19th May.
I contacted my GP with this painful condition in January and have done everything I can to be treated as quickly as possible.
Assuming that this next appointment is not cancelled, I will have been waiting four months just for my initial assessment at the surgery.
I find this unacceptable.
