During my stay at hospital my medical notes were changed and incorrect information was put in, which affected my treatment. Weekend doctor attached a DNR notice to my medical information, without complying with the hospital policy on this procedure. I feel that this doctor is a dangerous individual who should not be allowed to practise medicine anywhere.
