"Poor administration"

I can only echo the previous negative comments made by other patients. The clinical practice seems fine but the organisation and administration are far from satisfactory: I sent a written complaint to their head office in Birmingham and received a reply, it was polite but did not fully explain the poor appointments service.

As both North Staffordshire CCG and Stoke CCG commission this service, I would suggest that you speak or contact the patients who have made complaints
