"Unprofessional"

Disgusting hospital, rude staff and cramped environment. Drs/Consultants faffing around because they over booked! Had an appointment after waiting 2 months only to be told 'sorry for wasting your time, the consultant you previously saw was new and did not know where to refer you' how unprofessional. As a patient I expect my referral letter to be read and passed onto the appropriate consultant who can help, not to go in on the day and be 'taken off the list'. Horrible horrible hospital.
