NHS - save yourselves some money and get rid of this phone as no-one appears to be tasked with answering it. I was supposed to have a VEP organised in the first quarter of 2016 - not done, supposed to have it organised before my next consultant appointment - nothing done.

We're really sorry you've had these problems.

With the opening of the New QEII, all the numbers had to change - wonder if you've been trying the old 01707 numbers that no longer go anywhere - we've been trying to get the phone company to stop them ringing/have a recorded message to no avail.
