"receptionists are generally very unhelpful"

The first port of call is reception/administration. They are rude, inefficient and downright unhelpful.

So hard to get parked between 10-11 am and instead of telling me to go for a later slot they said 'walk in clinic this afternoon' which I have already told them is most unhelpful as I have a baby and have just wasted 1/2 hour trying to get there and find a space. then they told me there are some pay and display spaces but you are already late for appt so you wont make the appt you have and cant squeeze you in elsewhere! How hard can it be to have a coil fitted in this town. Never been so disgusted with the front of house staff, needs some customer service skills immediately.
