I was a day patient for an exploratory procedure this week and they made what I thought would be a stressful process easy.
The initial consultation and pre-op assessment were thorough and efficient but I was made to feel welcome and an individual.
On the day the admission was quick and efficient, a clean comfortable room, always staff around to answer questions and guide me.
I must have encountered at least 15 staff and and they all introduced themselves, explained their role, asked how I was and were all smiling.
If this is the standard of service / treatment at the BMI Park Hospital I can't fault them.
