"The appointment booking system can be improved"

I have found that appointments are difficult to get and the The Isleworth Centre and I think that the reception staff often don't listen carefully to what you say and they answer the question they think you asked.

Appointment booking system can be improved. same day / next day appointments are rare in this Surgery.

Before it was on open surgery from 9.45am till 11.00 am. Now, we have to call to see a doctor and we have to call between 8.00 am till 9.30 am I am unable to get through to the practice by telephone when we call the line when they answer at 8.40 am they said its fully booked, call tomorrow can the sick person wait? how they work I think this not the right way to treat a person to see a doctor and you can not even speak to your doctor as the reception control the phone calls, it's up to them to give an appointment. Personally I believe there is something fishy going on as we never get to see the doctor on the same day even can not talk appointment as the rolls is call on Monday we will give an appointment for next Monday when we do that they say its fully book can any one solve the problem as its very difficult to speak to GP neither having an appoint.This morning the receptionist said the doctor can not call you the locum doctor will call after the surgery time.
