"Quality of clinical care and service offered at..."

I have been with E12 Health Centre for the past 12 years. My association with them started when they were at Browning Road, and have been with them till present due to the quality and excellent care and service they render at the Centre. My personal experience through the 12 years of my association with them is a marvelous one.

Firstly, your phone call to the Receptionist at the Centre always give you a foretaste of what to expect when you visit the surgery. The warmth with which you will be received on the phone is superb and always fantastic in terms of politeness and clarity of tone and accent.. In fact I have never had problems with them, with myself and my two children. I always do get my appointments date, time and the doctor I want to be seen by whenever I call the centre. The flexibility with which they operate helps me greatly to always have my way to the best of my satisfaction. I do not drag issues with them whenever they are unable to get me what I want in relation to my appointments, due to the way they are always extremely polite, helpful and co-operative to satisfy their patients. What I really like most is the test reminder to my phone to remind me of my appointment at the centre.

Secondly, I am always warmly and polite received whenever I turn up at the centre for my appointment. I do not spend long hours to wait for my turn. It is always on time, and if there are any issues that will prolong your wait at the Centre, the Receptionist will always notify you and apologize unreservedly.

Finally, the quality of care and the quality time I always have with the doctors and nurses on my appointments are second to none: world-class. The prognosis and diagnosis are always excellent and exceptional. The quality of care they have given to myself and my two children is something I will rate up there.

What is also worth-mentioning are the correspondence I receive from them in the form of reminders of a particular test to be undertaking or as a follow up to a test that has already been done. Everything I have encountered through my association with E12 Centre is phenomenal and extremely exceptional.
