"Feedback of tatient experience"

I attended by appointment today at Broomfield Hospital Ophthalmic Dept.

I would like to give feedback about the experience. I found the nurse we saw highly professional putting me quickly at ease. They were friendly, efficient and explained the surgery I am due to have in easily understood terms. They did very well to reduce my anxiety concerning the forthcoming surgery.

I would be grateful if you would pass on my sincere thanks for their highly professional and understanding nature. They are a credit to the Department.
