"Non consideration of patients over visitors"

About: The Whittington Hospital

I am currently writing this review from my hospital bed. Visitor opposite left this ward at 10.30pm last night. No whispers to show consideration to 3 other beds.

This morning arrived with a small child 2 adults at 9.30am!

Used patient toilet again after being told not to. Is still here now 11.35am.

Visiting starts at 2pm. We all have friends family that would like to visit ad hoc!

Why are rules not beong aderehed too: im stressed with lack of sleep and no quiet/down time. I have emailed pals: attended office from sick bed:

spoken to nurse on duty asked for ward manager to bring attention to. Help! It's sadly not the best care for sick patients which detracts from the good care that nurses & doctors are delivering to their best.

We're very concerned to hear this. We're not sure what the circumstances around vistors being allowed onto the ward outside allotted visiting hours but if you like to contact our PALS team on 020 7288 5551 or email them on whh-tr.whitthealthPALS@nhs.net then they will be able to look into this for you.
