Managed to get an early appointment due to a cancellation.

Very efficient booking system.

Very convenient Saturday morning clinic which was very well organised.

The

Staff Nurse and the

Doctor (who did my eye laser treatment) were very professional, reassuring, nothing too much trouble....a really good experience of the NHS which I have rarely had to use.

Congratulations to them both for getting my eyes sorted and I cannot imagine having better treatment anywhere else in the world.

A very big 'Well done'

Ignore the whinging couple in the waiting area who clearly thought their little world had ended because of a 10 minute delay to their appointment.

They should count their blessings and get out more !!!

Word of caution about the excellent car park.

Great to be able to pay just prior to leaving BUT do not use the right hand exit lane because you will struggle to get anywhere near the slot in the machine where you insert your ticket in order to raise the barrier.

If someone has followed close behind you then you can't even reverse your car to try to line up again.

The approach radius needs changing.

Can't speak highly enough of the William Harvey Hospital.
