Had to take my daughter to Grantham ED twice over bank holiday weekend. Staff and treatment was the best anyone could wish for. The staff all introduced themselves to me and to her. They were friendly and professional. Obviously very knowledgeable but never talked down to us and they were very reassuring to a distressed mother and daughter. My daughter remembers all your names and is very happy she was cared for by you all. Thank you all so much.
