My wife is one of the patients in this unit, and I believe that patients should be fully cared for. I feel that staff do not fully care for the patients, if you are a carer, its your responsibility to care. I feel they do not check the patients hygiene and its their job full stop!
Some say visitors are not allowed to see their loved ones rooms, and we can not change their clothes or show them, where is the patients dignity?
