I have just been discharged today (29.4.2016), following emergency admittance at 4am on Tuesday morning.
I was taken straight to MAU overnight to be monitored, every single member of staff, from porters to consultants treated me with love, dignity, patience, support and understanding.
The following afternoon I was transferred onto Hazelwood Ward, where I was diagnosed with urosepsis, following a swift diagnosis, I was given IV antibiotics and lots of rehydration saline, I was very, very poorly whilst on the ward, but as with MAU, nothing whatsoever was an issue for them, which considering I have several health conditions including Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, meant the absolute world to me, and I was able to be discharged following just 4 days of what I was told was 'life saving' treatment.
THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤️.
Love and Best Wishes.
