What I liked
My Mum was a patient at Papworth, and had surgery there. The staff were kind, professional and understanding despite me ringing in at least 5 times a day! The ITU staff, Dr and secretary and the staff on mallard ward are excellent and the Chief executive should be proud to have staff with such commitment working for them
