"VBAC here after Derby hospital was closed"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

I had an amazing experience here after being told the Derby ward was closed at 3:30am.

From start to finish I was looked after and couldn't of asked for more reassuring friendly midwifes. Not only were they professional but they were down to earth and took time to talk to me and put my mind at ease throughout the 43hr labour.

The midwives will always be part of our memories for being so fab and turning something stressful into something amazing.

Rooms were fully equipped and clean with lots of space and the food and parking facilities were spot on too.

Response from Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

Dear Reviewer

We are very pleased to read of the positive patient experience you received here at the Trust.

Your comments have been shared with the staff who work very hard to provide high standards of care and it is encouraging for them when their efforts are recognised.

We do hope that you and baby are doing well, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Many thanks
