"Congratulating the ICU unit on their work with..."

The last ten days have almost been spent entirely in the ICU with our unconscious son Julian Crow.

He died this week at the age of 26.

He had incurred extensive brain damage in an incident.

My wife and I were amazed by the professionalism and loving care extended by all the doctors, sisters, nurses and support staff in that unit. I was sad to see that on the display board that there were no stats that showed people had bothered to congratulate the team.

The figure of congratulations was zero and so too the complaint numbered zero.

Please, as a result of the excellent care and sensitive treatment my son received, thank all the staff in that unit. Also please assure me that at least one number is added to that display box.
