I left feedback on this site as I have not had any continuity in my treatment in the neurology dept, I was sent a message to contact a particular person on their mobile number, so rang this number, a very pleasant person answered and listened to my concerns, this was being passed to another person and I was told if did hot hear back the following morning to call the first person back, did I get another call no, rang them back on their mobile, left a message still no call back this was 14 days ago.

Waste of time, still they think it looks good on their feedback forum as they have replied.
