"Great service"

I have been a patient at this centre for over 25 yrs.

I have never been less than satisfied with the treatment and advice I have been given.

In recent weeks I have had cause to use the service more than usual.

In mid March I found that I was coughing up a little blood. Within an hour I was speaking to a doctor on the 'phone.

Within three hours I had an X-ray.

Within 30 hours, I had been re-assured that I had nothing to worry about.

Today, I have had my annual COPD check.

Although the results were not what I wanted to hear, I cannot fault the way in which those results were delivered.

The doctor is highly professional, friendly but direct in their prognosis.

I have been set a target which we will achieve together as the dr is very encouraging, and importantly, non-judgemental.

All the staff, nurses,doctors, pharmacists and receptionists are friendly and helpful.

The service we get is exceptional - especially when I compare this practice with another I attend with my aged mother.
