My elderly in-laws have recently moved back to Lincolnshire and have both had appointments at Pilgrim Out Patients, one in Cardiology and one in Haematology. They both have commented about how efficient the system was and how well they were treated by all the staff. There was virtually no waiting around and they felt that they were given clear explanations as to the proposed treatment and given time to be sure that they understood what to do. They were very complimentary about the Haematology Professor and especially Julia, the Macmillan nurse.
