(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My son likes to have his legs massaged, so we only continue to do that.

We have made it a part of our evening routine and he does seem to settle more easily.

Thank you for your comments regarding the baby massage course at Mansfield Woodhouse Children's Centre. It is a lovely relaxing experience for both baby and parent and glad to hear that this also helps with settling at bedtime.
