Turned up at 10:40am with my disabled Mother, to be told that no more blood tests were being taken for the day as the phlebotomist already had their quota!!!
As well as that, a vehicle was parked in the disabled bay - that wasn't showing a disabled badge - so presumably shouldn't have been parking there in the first place.
Why is there no respect for the elderly and disabled at this practice.
I suggest the sign for the disabled bay should state that a penalty will be handed out if the person parking there does not display their disability 'badge' - as the system is being continuously abused by the non disabled.
Why oh why is there only one phlebotomist on the last Wednesday of the month???
Management, get a grip!
