I would like to express my gratitude to the paramedics who attended my mother's home in North Somerset when she was unwell.
Following her discharge from Southmead Hospital (having undergone major surgery) my mother became very unwell approximately 24 hours later.
Becoming increasingly concerned as the evening progressed, I called 111 and discussed the issues with very helpful advisors.
After two visits from a GP, Mother's condition did not improve and a further 111 advisor arranged for an ambulance to attend.
Paramedic Steph was amazing and rigged up a drip as well as administering other treatments. She was kind, patient and reassuring.
Several hours later, Steph was joined by Becci and Kelly. They were also wonderful.
Mother is on the road to recovery and we would be most grateful if you could pass on our thanks.
