I have been visiting physiotherapy at Penrith Hospital since July 09.
I have a disability badge, but on occasions was not able to park outside the hospital. On these occasions I have managed to park on disabled parking at the surgeries and walked down. The steps between the two are very steep and would benefit from having handrails.
