"Disinterested staff member"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

I attended with my daughter for her brace on today. The orthodontist chatted throughout the whole procedure to their assistant about their exams for the upcoming month, did not seem to be fully concentrating on the task in hand. As soon as we got home two of her brackets had not been glued on properly and came loose. Considering we have a 45 minute journey home and have to come back the next day for her to miss yet more school and as a single parent I also have to take time of work, I am just a little annoyed. Patient care fell by the wayside today...how high does this come up on the exam scale?
