Having had a peripheral by pass 10 years ago I lost the use in my left leg on 13.12.09. My wife contacted my GP surgery early that SUnday morning and was told a Dr would ring back. He did within 5 minutes and ordered me to DRI. I was seen in A&E within 10 minutes and taken tot he ward and kept in n a heparin drip for two weeks. i saw Mr Tan after various scans he told me another op is too risky and I could lose my leg. He was very honest with both me and my wife. I am now working hard with exercise to keep fit which will be much easier when the weather improves. I have nothing but admiration for Mr Tan, his staff and my GP's staff (Dr Connor).
"Nothing but admiration for the doctor"
