My wife had a knee replacement at the Runnymede Hospital in March 2016 and the operation appeared to go well. However, once this was over the subsequent care, both in her hospital room, and once she was home, was sadly lacking.
It appears that few of the staff knew what to do for post-op orthopaedic patients - or were we just unlucky?
