I have just been on the residential Ankylosing spondylitis course. This has been the best two weeks of my life since I have been diagnosed. It has changed my life I can now stand up straight and have a lot more movement in my neck. I have learnt how to exercise correctly and I would highly recommend this course for anyone with AS.
