"My Appointment at the Audiology Department"

I recently attended the Episode Audiology Clinic. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and had very little time to wait as the appointments were running on time. On entering the clinic i was greeted by the Audiologist who took the time to explain the whole procedure in detail that I could understand. I was so impressed, all the data from my previous hearing test was already displayed on screen and because of the very good software used I had no trouble in understanding my hearing deficiencies shown on the graphs. The results showed that in fact that my excising hearing aids were no longer functioning efficiently and that they would need to be replaced with more up to date devices. To my surprise the Audiologist brought me a new set and programmed them all while we waited, I cannot praise them enough.
