"Ignored when asked for all test results copies..."

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital

I know that every patient has got legal right to get a copies of his medical records. I was in ward yesterday and asked in reception for medical records copies in name of my partner and was told: Yes, there is no problem but my partner and I did not get anything, asked a student doctor and nurse and they ignored me.
