"Excellent service by the Hollywell Day Surgery..."

I had day surgery on this unit yesterday. From the unit staff to the surgical team I found every staff member I came into contact with helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgable. Every process was clearly explained and every request was efficiently met by patient good humoured staff and this was on a Friday afternoon. This unit is a real asset to the hospital, they are a busy and productive team but make the time to treat all he patients with care and dignity. I would recommend this unit very highly and any patient using it can be confident of the best care possible.
